The room is beautifully maintained and beautifully designed and with central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television. It has stunning and marvellous location to see Bai Vung Bau. You could walk to a market and stores.

The location was amazing - really close to a dedicated peaceful area, Vietnam and most other resorts and restaurants. Furthermore, by the beach. Had a nicely furnished and excellent room.

The luxurious amenities and services offered at this hotel surpassed my expectations. The staff's service was impeccable, especially my assigned Fusionista who made sure my every need was met. The Spa center provided excellent full body massages and let me relax in its serene environment. The swimming pool area was an ideal spot to soak up the sun on the spacious sun terrace and I enjoyed the restaurant's delectable food served in the outdoor dining area. The exclusive private facilities and location advantages in this hotel made my stay even more exceptional.

I did experience one minor issue during my stay, where the beach umbrellas provided were limited and hard to secure a prime spot on the beachfront. However, this did not diminish the overall experience I had in this lovely hotel.

Christmas at this resort was an unforgettable experience! The stunning sunset was definitely one of the best aspects of my stay. I appreciated the little details, such as the complimentary macaroons and the vegan and gluten-free options offered. The location was also perfect, with easy access to shops and transportation arranged for us. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, making us feel at home. We even got a personal assistant who handled all our needs!

The only thing I can think of that was a small downside was that the room service sometimes forgot little details like salt and pepper. However, that is just me being picky, and they always left the room feeling fresh with little treats.

There are many useful leisure activities, such as a spa, a fitness center, and a pool.

The housekeeping staff could have paid more attention to cleaning details.

Had the most relaxing Easter getaway at this resort. The staff were warm and friendly, and the service was exceptional. They made us feel welcome and special, especially for our honeymoon. The spa was amazing, with professional and thorough massage therapists. The beach was clean and quiet, perfect for swimming. The villa was spacious and well-designed, with a private pool to enjoy. The breakfast was huge and delicious, and they even offered a floating breakfast in the pool. little thoughtful touches like mosquito spray and Molton Brown London products added to the experience.

There were a few minor issues. The plastic water bottles provided daily seemed unnecessary, as most resorts have switched to refillable glass bottles.

The daily spa sessions included in the price were amazing and the therapists were very professional. We also enjoyed the free daily classes like yoga and meditation. The resort had a clean and green environment with a small bar on the beach for enjoying sunset drinks. The restaurant served delicious food and we didn't feel the need to dine elsewhere. The service from the whole team was flawless, with attentive and smiling staff ready to help. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
